K-Style or Half-Round?

K-style gutters have a flat back and a decorative front shaped like crown molding. They carry more water for their size, mount flush to the fascia, and are the most common choice on modern Florida homes.

Half-round gutters are a smooth semicircle, a classic look that suits older and architectural homes, with a shape that clogs less and is easier to clean. We install both profiles in all three sizes, so the choice comes down to your roofline and taste, not what a crew happens to carry.

A 6-inch handles the majority of Florida homes just fine, a 7-inch is for larger roofs and anything that sheds serious water fast, and an 8-inch is built for commercial buildings and steep or metal roofs where overflow isn't on the table.
